Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. She hopes that whether you are a student or teacher, you will also discover your own personal transformation at Wholeycow.

Tapashi and Anita bring years of experience in deep inner work to let go of old patterns, chronic pain and subconscious rewiring through movement, meditation and conscious connected breath work.
This retreat is aimed at washing away old, accumulated patterns that create energetic blockages to cleanse the palette and to create a fresh new energy as much in the subtle energetic body as in the gross physical body. You can look at it as an internal spring cleanse.

08:00-10:00 Morning yoga, pranayama & meditation
10:00-11:00 Healthy, hearty brunch
Free time to relax, receive therapies or explore the village
16:00-18:00 Afternoon practice & inner work
Sunset dip in the sea
19:00-20:00 Nutritious, abundant dinner
20:15-21:00 Optional evening activity (meditation, yoga nidra, ecstatic dance, sound bath, qi kung etc)
