Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. Les cours de Pilates vous apprennent à utiliser correctement vos muscles centraux pour assurer la stabilité et la force lors des mouvements, ce qui est extrêmement précieux pour tous les sports et si vous vous remettez d'une blessure.
L'accent est mis sur un alignement postural correct, avec des techniques de respiration contrôlées, la coordination et l'utilisation précise des muscles abdominaux profonds.
Vous pouvez utiliser des accessoires tels que des rouleaux en mousse, des balles de pilates, des anneaux et des bandes.
Attendez-vous à ressentir la brûlure dans chaque cours, à développer votre force et votre contrôle et à vous sentir plus long et plus maigre après quelques séances seulement.
