Jo is passionate about yoga, health and wellbeing. She discovered the healing effects of yoga after it cured her of chronic fatigue in 2007. Since then, she has studied yoga in India, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. She takes inspiration from any form of yoga which emphasizes expanding awareness, particularly through body alignment. From this type of training she believes you can become more consciously aware of all aspects of your life, which then creates a powerful place for transformation. Svetlana est certifiée par la Yoga Alliance et son style d'enseignement ludique est le résultat de nombreuses années de formation personnelle et d'enseignement du yoga, du ballet classique, du wushu, du taiji, de la danse, du massage, de la méditation bouddhiste tibétaine et de l'observation de milliers de clients.
Ses cours sont toujours uniques et adaptés aux yogis, à leurs besoins, à leur niveau et à leurs capacités.
Son intention principale est d'affiner le corps-esprit de chaque individu, d'inspirer les autres à être les créateurs de leur propre vie, capables de diriger la conscience et l'énergie.
Svetlana croit que chacun a un immense potentiel de croissance, de transformation et de créativité et elle est très humble de guider ses clients sur cette voie par le biais de la pratique du hatha yoga physique et de la méditation.
